As the name ME, MYSELF, and I suggests, this is an ensemble of one. Ralph Turek’s performing medium is the digital keyboard, which he plays live to the accompaniment of tracks (bass, drums, and other electronic or acoustic sounds) that he has prerecorded. All arrangements are original, and all sounds are produced on the digital keyboard (no karaoke tracks). Turek’s repertoire is extensive and ranges from standard songs, light jazz, and Latin to adult popular music, blues, rock, and originals. All of this he tailors to suit the ambience of the venue and the tastes of the clientele.
